Luck Timing is a BaZi-based guidance app that helps you understand your life's natural cycles — when to act, when to rest, and when to prepare. We translate traditional Chinese metaphysical wisdom into clear, modern insights you can use day to day. No prior knowledge required.
What is BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny)?
BaZi is a traditional Chinese system used to understand life patterns and timing based on your birth information. It helps explain why certain phases feel challenging and when more supportive periods begin. Luck Timing translates this wisdom into clear, easy to understand insights. You don't need any prior knowledge.
Do I need to know anything about feng shui or Chinese astrology to use the app?
Not at all. Luck Timing presents your readings in plain, modern language. You won't see raw chart symbols unless you ask for them. Everything is designed for first-time users and people familiar with the tradition alike.
What languages does Luck Timing support?
This website is available in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese — use the language switcher in the top-right corner to change it. The mobile app supports additional languages; check your app store listing for the current list.

How accurate is Luck Timing?
Luck Timing is built with a strong focus on precision and consistency. Your results are generated using a complete, structured calculation system designed to stay reliable across changing life phases. The purpose isn't to predict outcomes — it's to provide clarity and guidance you can trust.
Why is my birth time required, and what if I don't know it precisely?
Birth time is essential for accurate timing insights. Even a small difference can change how life phases are interpreted. If you only know an approximate hour, you can still use the app, but the precision of hour-specific guidance will be reduced. Without a time, you'll get general patterns rather than fine-grained windows.
What if I was born outside Asia?
Timezone is handled automatically. The calculation maps to your local solar time wherever you were born — no manual conversion needed.
Is this the same as Western astrology?
No. Western astrology focuses mainly on zodiac signs and personality traits. Luck Timing focuses on timing, cycles, and life phases — helping you understand when to act, rest, or prepare.

What can I do for free in Luck Timing?
The free forever plan includes your BaZi chart, daily readings, life-phase analysis, and access to the auspicious calendar. Wealth Timing — our day-by-day windows for significant financial decisions — is available as a separate purchase. It's not designed for normal money decisions.
What's the difference between Daily Energy, Annual Forecast, and Life Timing?
Daily Energy shows the rhythm of today on your home screen. Annual Forecast zooms out to the year ahead, with month-by-month guidance for what each month favors. Life Timing is different: it helps you pick auspicious dates for specific events — weddings, moving home, signing contracts, opening a business. For your 10-year luck phases, see your Da Yun (大运) reading in your profile.
How does Compatibility work?
Luck Timing analyzes the BaZi charts of two people and shows how their natural rhythms interact — where they support each other and where friction is likely. You'll get a clear score and a written reading, not just a number.
What is matchmaking?
Matchmaking suggests people whose BaZi charts complement yours. It's designed for users who want a different way to think about romantic or business potential — informed by timing, not just preferences.
What is Partner Analysis?
Partner Analysis is a deeper compatibility reading focused on a specific business or romantic partnership. It looks at how two charts interact across roles, decisions, and timing — useful when something important is on the line.
Can I add charts for my family or friends?
Each account holds one birth profile — your own. To analyze a family member's or friend's chart with you, they need to install the app themselves, create their own account, and connect with you through the Friends feature. That way each person owns their chart, and you can run compatibility and plan-together readings on the pair.
Wealth Timing
What is Wealth Timing?
Wealth Timing identifies the days that are most favorable for significant financial decisions. It's not designed for normal money decisions. Each day is ranked Green Day, Yellow Day, or Red Day, with peak hours, a suggested action category, and a lucky direction calculated specifically for your chart.
Can I buy Wealth Timing on the website?
Yes — you can purchase Wealth Timing directly on our website. Choose from 15 day, 30 day, or 365 day plans. After purchase, open the Luck Timing app to view your unlocked dates.
When does my Wealth Timing plan start?
You pick the start date at checkout — today, tomorrow, or any future day that suits you. Your wealth timing windows unlock from that date and run for the full length of the plan you chose. Once issued, the windows are yours to keep.
What's included in my Wealth Timing plan?
Every day in your plan is unlocked the moment you purchase — so you can browse future days ahead of time and plan around the strong ones. Each day shows a Green Day, Yellow Day, or Red Day rating, peak hours within the day, suggested decision categories, and lucky directions.
Is there a free trial for Wealth Timing?
Yes — new users can start with a 14-day Wealth Timing trial inside the app. One trial per account.
Pricing & payment
How much does Luck Timing cost?
The core app is free forever. Wealth Timing is available as a separate purchase, with pricing that varies by plan length and country. See the pricing page for current rates in your region.
Is buying in the app the same as buying on the website?
Yes — it's the same. Both unlock the same content in your account.
How does auto renewal work?
Auto renewal is a website checkout option only, available on the 30 day and 365 day plans. When you buy Wealth Timing on lucktiming.com you can opt in at checkout, and your plan will automatically renew at the end of each period using your saved payment method. To cancel, email support@lucktiming.app before your next billing date — no questions asked. The mobile app uses one-time purchases and does not auto-renew.
Can I get a refund?
Most digital purchases are final once the reading or unlocked content has been revealed. The exception is technical failure on our side — if a payment was captured but no reading was delivered, email support within 24 hours for a full refund. The full policy is on the Terms page.
What payment methods do you accept?
On the website we accept major credit and debit cards through our payment partner. In the mobile app, payment is handled by your platform — Apple Pay, Google Pay, or whatever's set up in your App Store or Google Play account.
Account & privacy
What personal data does Luck Timing collect, and why?
We collect what's needed to calculate your chart — a nickname, your birth date and time, and an account email. We don't ask for your real name, birth location, or anything beyond what BaZi requires. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Is my birth data sold or used to train AI?
No. Your birth data is used only to compute your charts and readings inside Luck Timing. We never share or sell it, and it isn't used to train external models.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account directly from the app — go to Settings, then Danger Zone, then Delete Account. The deletion is processed immediately. If you can't access the app, email support@lucktiming.app for help; email-based deletions are processed within 7 business days. Payment records may be retained for up to 90 days for financial compliance.
How do I sign in?
Sign in or create an account using email and password, or continue with Google or Apple. If you don't have an account yet, you can register from the same page.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely in our cloud database. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. The Privacy Policy has the full breakdown of data handling and your rights.

Luck Timing is available on iOS, Android, and the web. You can download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, or use the website to purchase Wealth Timing online.
The app crashed or a reading didn't load — what should I do?
First, try closing and reopening the app, or refreshing the page. If the issue continues, contact us with a description of what happened — the more detail, the faster we can help.
