You pick the start date at checkout — today, tomorrow, or any future day that suits you. Your wealth timing windows unlock from that date and run for the full length of the plan you chose (15, 30, or 365 days). Once issued, the windows are yours to keep.
Auto renewal is a website checkout option only, available on the 30 day and 365 day plans. When you buy Wealth Timing on lucktiming.com you can opt in at checkout, and your plan will automatically renew at the end of each period using your saved payment method. To cancel, email support@lucktiming.app before your next billing date — no questions asked. The mobile app is one-time purchase only and does not auto-renew.
An activation code is a one-time 16-character code (like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that unlocks 30 days of Wealth Timing in the Luck Timing app. It's perfect for gifting to family or friends, or buying for yourself if you prefer not to use a subscription.
Activation codes are available from Malaysia only on lucktiming.com/wealth-timing/activation-code. Payment is accepted through FPX (online banking), GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, or ShopeePay — all Malaysian payment methods. If you're outside Malaysia, please use the standard Wealth Timing subscription, which works globally.
Yes. Forward the email containing your activation code to anyone — the recipient pastes the code in the Luck Timing app to unlock their 30 days. Codes are only redeemable in Malaysia. They will need a Luck Timing account on their device.
Visit lucktiming.com/redeem/lookup and enter the email you used at purchase. We'll show you your purchase history. For security, we don't store the full code — only a one-way hash — so we can't email you the original code again automatically. If you genuinely can't recover the email, contact support and we'll help.
Activation codes expire 12 months after purchase. We send a reminder email 30 days before expiry. Once redeemed, the 30-day Wealth Timing period is yours — even after the original code expiry date.
