Refer & Earn Program Terms

1. Eligibility

You may participate in the Luck Timing Refer & Earn program if you have a valid Luck Timing account with a system-generated friend code. You may not refer yourself or use the program to manipulate your own account. We reserve the right to refuse participation, withhold commissions, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Commission rates by source

Web purchases (lucktiming.com): 20% commission, paid in MYR-equivalent store credit that is withdrawable to a personal bank account via Wise.

Mobile in-app purchases (Google Play / Apple App Store): 7% commission, paid as in-app store credit only. App-store commissions are not advertised as cash and are not part of the public withdrawal queue. Conversion to cash is at Luck Timing's sole discretion.

3. Vesting and withdrawal limits

Commissions vest seven (7) days after the underlying purchase clears, to allow for refund processing. Withdrawals are subject to a daily cap of MYR 200 (or BND equivalent) and a minimum interval of three (3) days between consecutive withdrawal requests. All withdrawals are reviewed by an administrator before payout; auto-approval is not offered.

4. Refund clawback

If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the corresponding commission is automatically clawed back. If your balance is insufficient at the time of clawback, the negative balance will be deducted from future commissions before any further withdrawals are released.

5. Currency conversion

Multi-currency purchases (USD, BND, SGD, etc.) are converted to MYR using Stripe's balance-transaction exchange rate at the time the purchase clears. Your commission is paid in MYR.

6. Fraud, abuse, and termination

We may freeze, void, or claw back commissions where we detect fraud, abuse, self-referral, or any pattern intended to manipulate the program. Examples include (but are not limited to): repeated referrals from the same device or IP, coordinated chargebacks, and fake accounts. We may terminate participation at any time with notice.

7. Tax responsibility

Commissions earned through the program may constitute taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes.

8. No guaranteed earnings

We make no representation that any specific level of earnings is achievable through the program. Realistic earnings depend on the volume and timing of referred purchases.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
