Delete Your Luck Timing Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request deletion of your Luck Timing account and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the Luck Timing app on your device.
Go to the Settings tab (gear icon).
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
Tap "Delete Account".
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@lucktiming.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Luck Timing account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account credentials (email, password)
All BaZi birth profiles and saved readings
Daily, monthly, and annual forecast history
Wealth timing and partner analysis data
Purchase and transaction history
Notification preferences and push notification tokens
Referral codes and referral history
Store credit balance
App usage analytics linked to your account

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion for legal or operational reasons:

Payment records — Stripe payment transaction IDs may be retained for up to 90 days for financial compliance and dispute resolution. No personal details are stored in these records.
Anonymized analytics — Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics (e.g., daily active user counts) are retained for service improvement and cannot be linked back to you.

Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can also delete specific data while keeping your account:

Delete individual profiles — Go to Settings and remove any BaZi birth profile you no longer need.
Clear notification preferences — Disable all notifications from Settings to stop receiving push notifications.
